È normale che una valigia su terreno completamente liscio sbandi? È normale che una valigia si continui a ribaltare? Ovviamente no! Continuate a comprare Samsonite!!!! Costano ma valgono ogni centesimo
But are we serious ??? You buy a suitcase that obviously has technical problems and when you want to replace it obviously they tell you that it's normal !!! Is it normal for a suitcase on completely smooth ground to flap? Is it normal for a suitcase to keep overturning? Obviously not! Keep buying Samsonite !!!! They cost but are worth every penny

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una Delsey a Scalo Milano. Questa estate mi di è rotta la maniglia superiore e, il venditore mi ha indicato Delsey di viale Lunigiana per la riparazione. La valigia è stata consegnata l'8 settembre e sono riuscito a riaverla solo il 26 ottobre. La maniglia che mi è stata sostituita è diversa e, probabilmente recuperata da qualche altra valigia in riparazione. Mi aspettavo un servizio migliore da un marchio così affermato
I bought a Delsey in Scalo Milano. This summer the top handle broke and the salesman pointed to Delsey in viale Lunigiana for repair. The suitcase was delivered on 8 September and I only managed to get it back on 26 October. The handle that has been replaced is different and probably recovered from some other suitcase under repair. I was expecting better service from such an established brand
