Poi hai anche il vincolo di cambio merce entro un mese e non possono rilasciare buoni. Insomma, sembra tutto organizzato per complicare la vita al cliente. Per non farsi mancare nulla il punto vendita ha una responsabile arrogante. I commessi invece sono molto gentili e disponibili, dovrebbe imparare da loro e soprattutto moderare i toni con i clienti.
