★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonata inutile e sgradevole. Ho chiamato per avere conferma sulla disponibilità di un articolo e per sapere quale colore in particolare fosse disponibile. Mi era sembrata una buona idea telefonare prima, per evitare un viaggio inutile. La signora che mi ha risposto mi ha liquidato dandomi mezza informazione con tono irritato, dicendom che aveva il negozio pieno (mercoledi pomeriggio ore 16!!!), senza invitarmi eventualmente a richiamare piu tardi.
Useless and unpleasant phone call. I called to confirm the availability of an item and to find out which particular color was available. It seemed like a good idea to call earlier, to avoid a useless trip. The lady who answered me dismissed me by giving me half information in an irritated tone, telling me that the shop was full (Wednesday afternoon at 16 !!!), without eventually inviting me to call back later.
