 Nothing usual shop with accessories for the home not so convenient staff not up to par and not very courteous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve! Il negozio è bello e ha diversi allestimenti su cui ispirarsi. Mi sono sempre trovata bene a parte oggi una commessa probabilmente un po sopraffatta dal lavoro dell allestimento natalizio o dalla sua vita personale che come da suo ruolo dovrebbe servire con un minimo di gentilezza e non far sentire il cliente a disagio, visti soprattutto i tempi che corrono. Mi dispiace ero interessata ad un articolo ma mi ha fatto proprio passare il desiderio, così ho acquistato in un altro negozio per la casa.
A parte la nota negativa di oggi ho trovato sempre personale disponibile.
Hi! The shop is beautiful and has different set-ups to inspire. I have always found myself well apart from today a saleswoman probably a bit overwhelmed by the work of the Christmas set-up or by her personal life which, as per her role, should serve with a minimum of kindness and not make the customer feel uncomfortable, especially given the times that they run. I'm sorry I was interested in an item but it just made me want to pass, so I bought in another home improvement store.
Apart from today's negative note, I have always found staff available.
