Ad accordi presi mi presento in negozio ed il ragazzo, con aria arrogante e disinteressata, e la felpa piena di segatura proferisce che oggi non avrebbero effettuato tagli alle travi. Leggermente scocciato chiedo spiegazioni sul perché non fossero già state preparate le suddette travi. L’incaricato mi conferma che le travi da tagliare si trovano dietro ad un’altra tassa di legname che però non aveva volontà di spostare.
If they were to ask me what was the worst service ever received by a "company", hands down I would certainly answer the one offered by Trevi House.
Once I have made arrangements, I show up in the shop and the boy, with an arrogant and disinterested air, and the sweatshirt full of sawdust, says that today they would not have made cuts to the beams. Slightly annoyed, I ask for explanations on why the aforementioned beams had not already been prepared. The person in charge confirms to me that the beams to be cut are behind another timber tax which, however, he did not want to move.
