Abbiamo passato una domenica molto bella dove ad aspettarci c'era una colazione a buffet dopo la colazione ci hanno ha fatto visitare tutto lo stabilimento , abbiamo visto la produzione dei formaggi delle mozzarelle del Silano , abbiamo visitato le celle frigorifere , Le Grotte dove vengono conservati i formaggi Ci hanno spiegato tante cose ad esempio i metodi di conservazione abbiamo fatto la degustazione di tutti i tipi di latticini che produce l'azienda e devo dire che sono veramente tutti ottimi
