★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frischen und von Hand gemachter Käse, gibt's hier zu kaufen. Von Mozzarella bis Hartkäse. Der Geschmack von dem Mozzarella, ist mit unseren deutschen, nicht zu vergleichen. Er ist einfach nur lecker, und auch im Vergleich zu anderen aus der Region, in meinen Augen, einer der besten.Wir haben uns am letzten Urlaubstag dort einige Sorten gekauft. Der Käse wird dann in einer Styroporbox mit Eis , luftdicht verpackt und hält dann ca.48 Std. kühl. Besser geht's nicht, wenn man keine elektrische Kühlbox hat.
Fresh and hand-made cheese can be bought here. From mozzarella to hard cheese. The taste of the mozzarella cannot be compared with our German ones. It's just delicious and, in my opinion, one of the best compared to others from the region. We bought a few varieties there on the last day of our holiday. The cheese is then packed airtight in a styrofoam box with ice and then keeps cool for about 48 hours. It doesn't get any better if you don't have an electric cool box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità dei prodotti è ottima, come pure la disponibilità e cortesia dei proprietari. Le confezioni vengono fatte con cura e professionalità per cui è possibile portarsi a casa prodotti ancora freschi anche se si devono percorrere centinaia e centinaia di Km.
The quality of the products is excellent, as is the availability and courtesy of the owners. The packages are made with care and professionalism so you can take home still fresh even if you have to travel hundreds of kilometers.
