Very kind staff and prices within everyone's reach. Excellent service: they sent me a pair of shoes whose size was not available in the Vimercate store directly at home in 3 working days, at no additional cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sempre trovata bene con questa marca, prezzi ottimi e qualità discreta. Ma quest'anno la qualità dei prodotti è decisamente peggiorata, in maniera quasi imbarazzante. Ho comprato 2 paia di stivali di finta pelle per le mie figlie, ed entrambi dopo 2 mesi di uso normale, si sono distrutti. La "pelle" si è tutta sbucciata e le suole staccate del tutto! Una vergogna, sicuramente non acquisterò più in questo negozio.
I've always had a good time with this brand, great prices and decent quality. But this year the quality of the products has definitely deteriorated, in an almost embarrassing way. I bought 2 pairs of faux leather boots for my daughters, and both of them after 2 months of normal use, they fell apart. The "skin" has all peeled and the soles have been completely detached! A shame, I will definitely not be shopping at this store again.
