Recomed to check your bills each time you go in this store very carefully!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered gym equipment from Decathlon Rent online and paid €27 as a deposit. I drove from Montepulciano to Arezzo to pick up the equipment on the day and time indicated in the email from Decathlon. When I arrived at the pickup location (a local gym called Palestra Four Fitness), I was told that the equipment was not available. When I asked to change my original order items for other available items, I was quoted a completely different price (around 5x the prices showed on the Decathlon Rent website). I then went to the Decathlon store in Arezzo to try to get a refund for my deposit or at least store credit. The employees asked for my email and telephone number and said that someone would contact me to arrange a refund. That was two weeks ago... still nothing. A lot of time and money wasted. The low quality of this service boggles the mind.
