Well stocked, 3 times that I went with my friends the staff was not very helpful and there are not many numbers for a shoe model, however it is always a nice shop

Dopo essere stato lì 10 minuti senza essere considerato me ne sono andato. Attenzione al cliente proprio zero assoluto. Mai più.
I went in to ask for a pair of shoes and said I had a wide sole. They told me that they were not suitable without even having them measured and without proposing anything else. After being there 10 minutes without being considered I left. Attention to the customer own absolute zero. Never again.

Dopo avermi venduto un paio di scarpe di misura diversa, sono tornata in negozio il giorno seguente per rendere le scarpe, ma in negozio non avevano due scarpe della mia misura, erano rimaste spaiate. La commessa ha quindi effettuato l'ordine online il 19 luglio e ad oggi 6 agosto non ho ancora ricevuto notizie del mio paio di scarpe né tramite mail, poiché non ho ricevuto email di conferma, né tramite telefono, poiché il telefono fisso dello store risulta staccato. Spero che qualcuno legga e li avvisino. Sennò il terzo viaggio a vuoto per un paio di scarpe mi pare esagerato!
They've had their phone off the hook for a week, so they're unreachable. After selling me a pair of shoes of a different size, I went back to the shop the next day to return the shoes, but they didn't have two shoes in my size, they were mismatched. The saleswoman then placed the order online on July 19 and to date August 6 I have not yet received any news of my pair of shoes either by email, as I have not received a confirmation email, or by phone, since the store's landline is detached. Hope someone reads and warns them. Otherwise the third trip to empty for a pair of shoes seems exaggerated!
