C	Carola Selvaggia Mura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delusione per non dire sola ..apparentemente molto gentile e disponibile, dopo aver fatto l’installazione di una caldaia Moretti (che vi farei vedere in che modo, con tutta la fuliggine dei fumi che cade a terra) , ho avuto subito problemi a cominciare dall’acqua Calda che usciva nera e dopo mille telefonate( vista l’incapa Di risolvere il problema da parte degli installatori e ditta ) alle aziende produttrici dei materiali forniti, si è evinto che mi hanno montato un puffer diverso da quello detto a voce, e ci è voluto uno scambiatore esterno, dopo alcune settimane di acqua nera, che fra le altre cose mi è stato fornito senza flussostato quindi mantenendo la pompa sempre acceso anche quando nessuno usa l’acqua calda, con grandi consumi di elettricità. Anche la caldaia a voce mi era stato garantito essere una mangia tutto , invece va esclusivamente a pellet. Purtroppo da neofita sono capitata In questa ditta che si è approfittata della mia inesperienza . Successivamente ho tentato più volte di richiedere soluzioni con gentilezza telefonicamente e mi hanno ripetutamente attaccato il telefono. Sconsiglio assolutamente tale negozio. Later I tried several times to request solutions with kindness by phone and repeatedly attacked the phone. I absolutely do not recommend this shop.
