★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno un numero di cellulare al quale risponde una persona che non sa dare spiegazioni ed esorta a telefonare al fisso al quale al suo dire c'è una segreteria telefonica alla quale lasciare un messaggio, allora, non c'è nessuna segreteria telefonica e la persona che risponde al cellulare è anche piuttosto scocciata.
Sono stata ricontattata dopo buone tre ore, ed ho risposto che avevo provveduto altrove!
Mi domando, se fate assistenza alle caldaie e venite contattati, è perché evidentemente si ha urgenza per un vostro intervento!!!
In base alla mia esperienza SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE questo servizio!!!
They have a mobile number to which a person who cannot give explanations answers and urges them to call the landline to which, according to him, there is an answering machine to leave a message, then, there is no answering machine and the person answering the cell phone is also quite annoyed.
I was contacted after a good three hours, and I replied that I had done so elsewhere!
I wonder, if you do assistance with the boilers and are contacted, it is obviously because there is an urgent need for your intervention !!!
