★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dopo aver chiamato la Daikin perchè non si accendeva il mio condizionatore mod. ATXC25BV1B mi hanno mandato celermente un tecnico ma quando ha visto la situazione mi ha liquidato dicendo che non poteva raggiungere la macchina, per la verifica della scheda elettronica, perchè era in un posto disagiato senza però dirmi che questo condizionatore ha 2 prese di corrente. Ho pagato una assudità per un servizio inesistente anzi se fosse stato un VERO TECNICO almeno con quella cifra avrebbe attaccato la seconda presa elettrica. UN VERO INCOMPETENTE
after calling Daikin because my mod air conditioner did not turn on. ATXC25BV1B they sent me a technician quickly but when he saw the situation he dismissed me saying that he could not reach the machine, to check the electronic card, because it was in a disadvantaged place without however telling me that this air conditioner has 2 power sockets. I paid an assumption for a non-existent service, indeed if he had been a TRUE TECHNICIAN at least with that amount he would have connected the second electrical outlet. A TRUE INCOMPETENT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri mattina abbiamo chiamato la ditta bsv clima service per un problema al nuovo Daikin istallato la sera prima, da un'altra ditta, che non si accendeva ...la segretaria prontamente si è prodigata per mandarci un tecnico. L'intervento era programmato per le 18 ma per correttezza alle 1755 il tecnico ha chiamato per avvisare del suo ritardo . Pur di non lasciarci al caldo di questi giorni è venuto alle 1950 e con competenza ha messo in funzione il condizionatore ...ringrazio la Società bsv per essere stata solerte nel suo lavoro di assistenza al cliente.
Yesterday morning we called the bsv clima service company for a problem with the new Daikin installed the night before, by another company, which did not turn on ... the secretary promptly went out of her way to send us a technician. The intervention was scheduled for 18 but to be fair at 1755 the technician called to warn of his delay. In order not to leave us in the heat of these days, he came at 1950 and competently put the air conditioner into operation ... I thank the BSV Company for being diligent in its customer assistance work.
