★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questi signori fanno (per ora) assistenza alla Einhell, nel senso che se comprate su Amazon prodotti einhell e vi si rompono in garanzia, li portate da loro, loro li rimandano alla casa madre e ti ridanno il nuovo.
Autorizzato da Amazon porto il tagliaerba in garanzia, lì mi dicono che quel tipo di tagliaerba deve venire usato solo per l'erba... e che io l'avrei usato per tagliare la siepe... Taglio corto, gli dico che sono stato autorizzato da Amazon e se loro non lo vogliono ritelefono ad Amazon e mi faccio dare un nuovo centro assistenza, lo prendono borbottando, era il 14 luglio, il 18 settembre telefono per sapere qualcosa e mi dicono che è arrivato il nuovo e che potevo passare a prenderlo, neanche il tempo di entrare e il signore mi dice che se si rompe di nuovo non avrei avuto diritto alla garanzia, gli dico gentilmente che chi decide è Amazon non lui, la signora, penso sua moglie, dietro il bancone mi prende a maleparole. Prendo il tagliaerba e me ne vado, pessimi.
