The absolute top, for grace, cleanliness, transparency and great preparation in organic! The only mill with integral milling. Also cheap and it never hurts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local pressing of olives,some of the best organic olive oils in Lazio area, it is an amazing high tech system. Not a tourist stop but if your around the area in late October early November, it is worth the time to see the effort in making cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.
