Sarei stata contenta di fare una buona recensione, ma questo signore non ha dimostrato professionalità. Forse ha tanto lavoro e non riesce ad accontentare tutti, ma in questo caso dovrebbe rifiutarlo alla prima chiamata.
We made three appointments but he didn't show up to any of the three ... the first two times without even warning. I would have been happy to give a good review, but this gentleman has not shown professionalism. Maybe he has a lot of work and can't please everyone, but in this case he should turn him down on the first call.

"Saranno pronte il 24 dicembre".
Benissimo.
Dopo esserci tornato di persona un'altra volta e aver sollecitato per telefono altre tre volte, il 24 gennaio sono andato a riprenderle: cavi ancora rotti, per sua stessa ammissione non le aveva neanche toccate.
In 5 settimane non ha trovato 5 minuti per saldare un cavetto e non si è neppure scusato.
Dispiace dover lasciare recensioni negative ma qui si tratta di prendere in giro i clienti.

Dopo 10 mesi che non gli arrivano i pezzi sono tornato a prenderli e poteva non essere nemmeno colpa sua ma dopo 10 mesi durante la quale non ha fatto nessun tipo di lavoro sulle mie casse e francamente non so nemmeno se le ha scartate dalle buste che ho usato per portargliele perché erano impacchettate esattamente come gliele avevo portate si é comunque tenuto l'acconto di 20 euro che gli avevo lasciato per ripararle.
Stupido io che non mi son fatto fare una ricevuta però Daniele é poco professionale e inaffidabile.

After 10 months of not getting the pieces to him I went back to get them and it might not even be his fault but after 10 months during which he didn't do any kind of work on my crates and frankly I don't even know if he discarded them from the bags I have used to bring them to him because they were packed exactly as I had brought them to him he still kept the 20 euro deposit I had left him to repair them.
Stupid me who did not get a receipt but Daniele is unprofessional and unreliable.
