★ ★ ★ ★ ★ volevano cambiare un pezzo della caldaia, dicendomi che non riuscivano a farla partire, in quanto dopo svariate prove avevano verificato che il pezzo era rotto e avrei dovuto sostituilo ( un pezzo costoso) altrimenti la caldaia non sarebbe mai partita, non convinto della loro verifica chiamo un'altro tecnico che dopo aver visionato la caldaia mi dice che non c'è nulla di rotto, anzi e in 2 minuti ha acceso la caldaia e magicamente ho acqua calda senza aver cambiato nulla.
 they wanted to change a piece of the boiler, telling me that they could not get it started, as after several tests they had verified that the piece was broken and I had to replace it (an expensive piece) otherwise the boiler would never start, not convinced of their verification I call another technician who after viewing the boiler tells me that there is nothing broken, indeed and in 2 minutes he turned on the boiler and magically I have hot water without having changed anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella per essere venuti su chiamata, che comunque mi è costata 60 euro senza aver fatto nulla, contro y 40 richiesti dalla segretaria. Non han fatto nulla diagnosticando in 5 minuti che la scheda era danneggiata e dubitavano vista l'età del condizipnatore, si potesse reperire il ricambio che avrebbero comunque cercato.
Sono rimasto perplesso e poco convinto nonostante la chiamata della segretaria che la scheda non si era.trovata.
Se avete un Datkin non chiamateli.....
I give a star for coming on call, which in any case cost me 60 euros without having done anything, against y 40 requested by the secretary. They did nothing diagnosing in 5 minutes that the card was damaged and they doubted having regard to the age of the controller, it was possible to find the spare part that they would have looked for anyway.
I was perplexed and unconvinced despite the call from the secretary that the card had not been found.
If you have a Datkin don't call them .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno danneggiato ( accidentalmente ma comunque lo hanno fatto) la caldaia e hanno anche avuto il coraggio e la sfacciataggine di offendersi e chiederci come ci siamo permessi di dire che era colpa loro. Personale permaloso, maleducato e poco professionale. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare un altro tecnico perché subito dopo il loro intervento. Per concludere ci hanno anche detto che "non siamo più loro clienti da oggi in poi".
Ci mancherebbe altro! Sconsigliatissimo,se non per il servizio almeno per la maleducazione del personale. Mai più.
They damaged (accidentally but still did) the boiler and also had the courage and the audacity to take offense and ask us how we dared to say it was their fault. Touchy, rude and unprofessional staff. We had to call another technician because immediately after their intervention. Finally, they also told us that "we are no longer their customers from now on".
Do not mention it! Not recommended, if not for the service at least for the rudeness of the staff. Never again.

Ho avuto un problema con la caldaia che perdeva acqua e sono stati i primi dopo diversi altri che hanno trovato scuse per non venire. Preso l'appuntamento il tecnico è arrivato puntuale , professionale ed è stato anche economico! Se dovessi averne di nuovo bisogno contatterò subito loro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso un coupon su Groupon e al loro arrivo si sono rifiutati di fare la pulizia alla caldaia perché troppo vecchia. Quando qualsiasi altro tecnico l'ha sempre fatta.
Got a coupon on Groupon and on arrival they refused to clean the boiler as it was too old. When any other technician has always done it.
