F	Francesco Mangini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bitrot sobrio ed elegante aperto a Oria credo da poco e direi anche finalmente, finalmente un Bistrot che ritengo serio e un locale che punta davvero alla qualità, qualità sia dei prodotti (elevatissima), che del personale (friendly, nonostante il posto fosse invaso da gente, e nello stesso tempo professionale) e del servizio che ho trovato puntuale riguardo i tempi e le richieste. Consiglio il 'tagliere saporito' per il quale sono già stato lì due volte :D Sober and elegant Bitrot opened in Oria I think recently and I would also say finally, finally a Bistrot that I consider serious and a place that really aims at quality, quality both of the products (very high), and of the staff (friendly, despite the place being invaded by people, and at the same time professional) and the service that I found punctual regarding times and requests. I recommend the 'tasty cutting board' for which I have already been there twice: D

Ho trovato i piatti molto particolari e ricercati! Prezzi assolutamente moderati per una vastità di vini davvero ricercati! Ci ritornerò sicuramente! Consigliatissimo! GREAT! Yummy and well served food! A very nice staff and a chèf always full of ideas and particular initiatives! I found the dishes very special and sought after! Era ció ke Oria aveva bisogno! Consigliatissimo sotto ogni punto di vista! Accuratezza nei dettagli, piatti serviti diversamente dal solito. In bocca al lupo per tutto alla prossima ragazzi! A fascinating place different from the usual but full of news! Very good food! Owners young friends and very good at appearing in this new adventure! That was what Oria needed! Highly recommended from every point of view! Accuracy in details, dishes served differently than usual. Good luck for everything to the next guys!

Al DAP ci tornerò sicuramente soprattutto per gustare un ottimo arrosto di carne! Ci vediamo il prossimo anno, bravi ragazzi continuate cosi I will never forget my holidays in Salento both for the places and for the welcome, but for sure I will never forget good food accompanied by excellent wines in the company of an exceptional view at the foot of the castle of Oria! I will definitely go back to DAP especially to enjoy an excellent roast meat! See you next year, good guys keep it up

Il cibo è ottimo, piatti molto particolari e di qualità....una presentazione impeccabile! Ho apprezzato molto anche la carta dei vini. Nulla da dire sul servizio, ragazzi davvero cordiali e solari! Very nice and welcoming place. Ideal for spending quiet evenings with friends. The food is excellent, very special and quality dishes .... an impeccable presentation! I also enjoyed the wine list. Nothing to say about the service, really friendly and cheerful guys!
