Bisogna prenotare ma la qualità dei funghi che mangerete è incredibile. Troverete funghi rigorosamente freschi di periodo da mangiare crudi, ad insalata o al carpaccio, e cotti a frittata, a zuppa, arrosto o con la pasta, ...è tutta una vera bontà...con semplicità. When you say "be surprised". An old family-run restaurant that is welcoming, kind and polite. You have to book but the quality of the mushrooms you eat is incredible. You will find strictly fresh period mushrooms to eat raw, as a salad or carpaccio, and cooked in an omelette, a soup, a roast or with pasta, ... it is all a real goodness ... with simplicity.

Il Locale è datato come struttura e sinceramente anche un po fatiscente visto e considerato che nella saletta dove si pranza è presente un bel muro dove la pittura è ormai sopraffatta e staccata dalla muffa(il che non è molto igienico e salutare in un locale che serve da mangiare) Il Bagno è piccolo ed angusto con i sanitari di epoca credo,non accessibile assolutamente da disabili in carrozzina.Se avete da ridire qualcosa in merito al Contesto non parlate a voce alta perché le cucine sono collegate da una finestra aperta e si sente tutto ve lo garantisco quindi privacy 0.Il personale è simpaticissimo e disponibilissimo cortese e molto ospitale...ma Andiamo a parlare del cibo, buono come è stato preparato sicuramente ma scarso nelle porzioni il secondo e stato veramente deludente. I funghi erano ottimi nulla da dire ma la quantità è sinceramente molto poca per il prezzo pagato. Se sperate di abbuffarvi cambiate posto se siete a stecchetto va benissimo. Avrei dato qualche stella in più se avessi avuto un minimo di entusiasmo ma dopo aver visto le recensioni di questo posto da 4.5 stelle ed essendoci stato di persona posso anche affermare che le persone premiano solo quel poco che hanno mangiato sottovalutando tutto il Contesto.Le recensioni bisogna accettarle anche se negative servono per migliorarsi e crescere(se volete)....Signora attendo con ansia la sua risposta da Vikinga....!!!!! The mushrooms were excellent nothing to say but the quantity is honestly very little for the price paid. If you are hoping to binge, change your seat if you are stint is fine. I would have given a few more stars if I had had a minimum of enthusiasm but after seeing the reviews of this 4.5 star place and having been there in person I can also say that people reward only what little they ate by underestimating the whole context. you have to accept them even if they are negative they are used to improve and grow (if you want) .... Madam I look forward to your response from Vikinga .... !!!!!

Before entering the dense forest vegetation to reach the Sicilian hinterland, coming from Caronia, it is almost a must to stop in this restaurant with a familiar flavor.

Z	Zeina Chaar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattoria familiale ou le service est au rendez vous : ça ne paie pas de mine depuis l’extérieur mais je vous conseille vivement de vous arrêter ! La propriétaire est très gentille et vous explique bien le travail réalisé dans chacun des plats, les ingrédients sont locaux et pour la plupart des produits récoltés dans la nature ou produits dans le jardin de la propriétaire. Les quantités sont généreuses et tout est fait maison et délicieux. Il n’y a pas vraiment de menu mais les plats dépendent des saisons et s’adaptent à vos régimes alimentaires (végétariens par exemple). Family trattoria where the service is there: it doesn't look like much from the outside but I strongly advise you to stop by! The owner is very nice and explains the work done in each of the dishes, the ingredients are local and for the most part products harvested in nature or produced in the garden of the owner. The quantities are generous and everything is homemade and delicious. There is not really a menu but the dishes depend on the seasons and adapt to your diets (vegetarian for example).
