Tutto buono, solo che la sacher mi viene servita tutta sbriciola e senza nemmeno in ciuffo di panna o decorazione come di solito mi veniva servita. Deluso! Very nice and well-kept place, kind and very helpful staff. All good, except that the sacher is served to me all crumbled and without even a dollop of cream or decoration as it was usually served to me. Disappointed!

Locale che non consiglio in cui non tornerò. Anche un solo sorriso al cliente non guasterebbe, elemento fondamentale per chi lavora in questo ambito. Absolutely bad experience, rude and non-existent service. Bad service, quality, cleanliness and zero courtesy (and empathy). Local that I do not recommend in which I will not return. Even a single smile to the customer would not hurt, a fundamental element for those who work in this area.

Un sorriso si potrebbe anche concedere al cliente dato che è alla base di questo tipo di lavoro. È un vero peccato perché il prodotto merita e di conseguenza merita di essere servito in maniera più adeguata. Good products, poor and inattentive service and unpolite and not at all friendly cashier. A smile could also be granted to the customer since it is the basis of this type of work. Il servizio ha lasciato desiderare (Non si può servire una cioccolata calda prima di un gelato che tra l'altro è arrivato dopo 10 min scoprendo che il gusto scelto non c'era e quindi doveva sceglierne un altro e nel frattempo la cioccolatada calda è diventata fredda, ed eravamo solo in 4 e non c'era altra gente da servire) che dire..ci avete deluso e i nostri amici di certo non torneranno più! Penso che oltre ai prodotti ci dovrebbe essere più accortezza del scegliere il personale e soprattutto i modi da usure con I clienti. Spero che sia stato solo un giorno no perché altrimenti sarebbe proprio un peccato! Si presenta con un enorme sala ed il bancone per poi andare a destra con una stanza che si affaccia sulla strada dove chiunque può guardare. Ho preso una crostata alla Nutella ed un succo in due. Onestamente mi aspettavo di più. La crostata era dura e la Nutella sapeva di vecchio. Spero che la prossima volta andrà meglio. Peccato! Elegant and refined restaurant. All white and clean! It comes with a huge room and counter and then goes right to a room overlooking the street where anyone can look. I took a Nutella tart and a juice for two. I honestly expected more. The tart was tough and the Nutella tasted old. Hope next time it will be better. Pity!
