★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree that’s underrated. We’ve been here in summer, so the busiest season. We had a reasonably fast service, my proshuto with melon was excellent ? (and I know what it is to get bad proshuto in the other places , had an experience ? in Forte Dei Marmi once).
Wine was good. And then we had an amazingly yummy and Huge ice cream desert which you may see on the other people photos, ours was delicious with some special liquor on top of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view, great location. If you are staying at Grand Hotel Bristol and Grand Hotel Des Iles Borromees, it's really convenient! Food are really good too, but the prices are a little high. If you are under a budget, have pizzas. They are really good but price is average. Service is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small restaurant with nice view where you can have lunch, dinner or aperitivo. We 've had pizza which was decent. The prices are similar to the rest of the restaurants/pizza places around so no surprises there.
My complaint is that the lady didn't give us a table in the first row even because she said they were reserved and she was not very polite we we asked her to show us a different table than the one she initially took us to.
To sum up, everything was about average, next time we visit Stresa we will try a different place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main attraction is no doubt the location. Close to the water front you have a great view and atmosphere.
Their cocktails are tasty, so is their pasta. Pizza is basic but good.
They also have a good selection of ice cream that is very expensive for what it is but enjoyable.
If you‘re looking for a great place to sit and enjoy yourself, this is a good choice.
