★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima posizione, buonissimi la paella e il polpo alla brace (cotto alla perfezione) e buono il servizio; buono anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo, anche se forse il prezzo del polpo (15€) un po' eccessivo per la quantità che ci è stata servita. Locale arredato in maniera rustica, basterebbero delle piccole migliorie per renderlo ancora più carino. In conclusione, consigliato, sicuramente ritorneremo!
 Excellent location, delicious paella and grilled octopus (cooked to perfection) and good service; the quality-price ratio is also good, although perhaps the price of the octopus (15 €) a little excessive for the quantity that was served. Local furnished in a rustic way, small improvements would be enough to make it even cuter. In conclusion, recommended, we will definitely return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my stay in Gaeta I visited many restaurants and I’m not a person who writes reviews usually (I was only reading them, just like you :)) but Dalla Paella alla Brace changed that;)
The food was simply amazing. Beginning with the starters and alway through till the super delicious Lemon White Chocolate dessert. I had the pasta fruiti de mare, the entrecote steak and grilled vegetables as the side dish and all of it was simply great.
In terms of service: the waiter was very kind and at the end of the meal the cook came out and explained us the different desert options - all in all I have to say: it was the best restaurant experience in gaeta.
Great food, nice atmosphere and superb service.
Thank you! And i wish the very young Restaurant much success and good times in the future. I’ll come back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate at 8 different restaurants/ Trattorias in Gaeta, but this one was hands down the best. One of the absolute best food experiences I had in Italy. Phenomenal cuisine, every dish was special and just really really good. When in Gaeta, this is a must.
