β β β β β When you end up after the beautiful steps down the hill and you cant find a place in fontellina. Astronomically
Priced vs what you get: bad service, lousy food and the toilets' smell is the bonus. You can get a boat in the afternoon with 5 eur pp. Sea and view is very nice but the sun sets early so be there early if you have to.

β β β β β Set on a secluded part of Capri, accessible from the water, with a little beach, and plenty of shade from the bamboo roof, made this place enjoyable for lunch.
We had the octopus carpaccio, and filled zucchini flowers with salad, awesome, followed by pasta with lobster, grilled seafood, mussels and clams.
Food was great, service was great, and the views are fantastic. We loved it!!!

β β β β β Only option at a beautiful location, and they take full advantage of that fact with overpriced dull and tasteless food. The service was also pretty bad. Kept repeating many times that tipping was expected but didn't seem very interested in making the experience pleasant.

β β β β β Its expensive but its all about capri, stone beach, laying in front of the rocks and good food. Reservation in advance is essential. Be ready to spend 200-300 eur per day

β β β β β I spent a day with my wife August 18th 2021.
She had oysters.
The oysters was dead and ugly.
We said this to the waiter.
He took the plate away.
He came back with the same plate with the horrible dead oysters and said that the Chef said that they are good.
We didnβt ate them and for sure the waiter who saw that didnβt care.
Weβve got charge for them and we just paid because we are polite.
How come this can happen!!!???
Especially with sea food and in this type of place.
Itβs a shame, itβs dangerous for health, itβs unacceptable!!!!!!!
Hope the owner, the Chef and a lot of people will read that!

β β β β β I used to come here many years ago for a dive in one of the most beautiful spots in Capri. Now it is almost impossible unless you pay a considerable amount of money to get an average service and you are also obliged to have an expensive lunch or you get fined if you don't. I would not care if this marvelous spot wasn't a piece of art of nature. A place that everybody should have the right to visit at a reasonable price being patrimony of humanity.

β β β β β FOOD POISONING ALERT. Please avoid this beach club. After you pay 35 euros to access the beach, they force you to eat at their restaurant. If you refuse to eat the poisonous food they prepare, they charge you an extra fee of 35 euros, for a total of 70 euros per person. Their food is truly inedible and may cause serious poisoning. I ordered two oysters, which were warm when served. While eating them, I saw some black dirt in the shell (see picture). I have been sick since last night. They evidently freeze and defrost their seafood. Please stay away from this scam and consider other beach clubs while exploring Capri.

β β β β β Ok. Ordered lunch. Stone cold. Lady in charge very helpful. Beautiful setting. You can get a taxi boat from here to Marina Piccola for β¬7 per person. A god send if you want to avoid climbing the 300m of steps and incline back to civilization. Should be advertised near the bottom of the steps.
