Formaggi ottimi, la mia scelta si è orientata su quelli di capra: alla cenere, stagionati in grotta, erborinati, affinati avvolti in foglie di varie piante. Scelta vasta e tutti buonissimi. Un punto in più anche per la cortesia e disponibilità del titolare.
It was a very pleasant discovery. Excellent cheeses, my choice was based on goat ones: ashes, aged in caves, marbled, refined wrapped in leaves of various plants. Wide choice and all very good. An extra point also for the courtesy and availability of the owner.
