★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La troverete all' ingresso del mercato e vi lascerà affascinati dalla quantità e dalla qualità dei formaggi (soprattutto in inverno)
Vi troverete quelli mai visti e quelli mai assaggiati
Sono tutti molto gentili e simpatici se volte provare qualcosa ve la fanno assaggiare senza problemi(anzi spesso sono loro a proporvela)
Danno ottimi consigli, io personalmente ho provato a cucinare le ricette che mi spiegavano, ottime!
Ma anche senza cucinarlo il formaggio, consigliano abbinamenti davvero calzanti (con le confetture per esempio)
Sono cliente fissa da molto, e confesso, che più volte mi sono fatta aiutare da loro nella scelta e selezione di più formaggi con i rispettivi abbinamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente, a casa di amici fa un ottimo figurone!!!
E anche per i formaggi che voglio far assaggiare all' estero nessun proplema, fanno il sottovuoto ?
Questa formaggeria è una delle migliori in tutta Milano!
I formaggi sono tutti squisiti e particolari
Dovete assolutamente provarla!
You will find it at the entrance of the market and it will leave you fascinated by the quantity and quality of the cheeses (especially in winter)
You will find those you have never seen and those you have never tasted
They are all very kind and nice if you want to try something they make you taste it without problems (in fact they are often the ones to propose it)
They give excellent advice, I personally tried to cook the recipes they explained to me, excellent!
But even without cooking cheese, they recommend really fitting combinations (with jams for example)
I have been a regular customer for a long time, and I confess that I have often asked them to help me in choosing and selecting more cheeses with their respective combinations. I highly recommend it, at a friend's house it looks great !!!
And also for the cheeses that I want to taste abroad no proplema, they are vacuum packed ?
This cheese shop is one of the best in all of Milan!
The cheeses are all exquisite and particular
You absolutely must try it!

Abito a Lambrate e ci metto almeno 45 minuti ad arrivare in piazza Wagner coi mezzi pubblici, ma se voglio qualche cosa di strepitoso per me e per i miei ospiti vengo volentieri qua da Poli. Eccellente
Spectacular cheeses, great quality and assortment, great professionalism and kindness. I live in Lambrate and it takes at least 45 minutes to get to Piazza Wagner by public transport, but if I want something amazing for myself and my guests, I am happy to come here from Poli. Excellent
