★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato per acquisti presso il Vs . negozio alle Centurie e con molto dispiacere ne sono uscito a mani vuote non per la merce esposta non di mio gradimento ma bensì per il personale alquanto scontroso e poco professionale. Comportamenti tali ledono all'immagine dell'attività. Faccio presente che anch'io possiedo un'attività commerciale. .......dipendenti del genete ed in special modo la commessa più anziana in servizio oggi. ....nella mia attività avrebbe le ore contate.
 I went for purchases at the Vs. shop at the Centurie and with much regret I went out empty handed, not because of the merchandise displayed, not to my liking but for the rather grumpy and unprofessional staff. Such behaviors affect the image of the activity. I note that I also own a business. ....... employees of the genete and especially the oldest order in service today. .... in my business he would have the hours counted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un bracciale per un regalo, dopo 2 settimane si é rotto, portato a riparare in garanzia ancora più di 3 mesi e non si fanno sentire nonostante il termine di consegna sia passato..chiamo di continuo ma non rispondono, non mi va di fare km fin là per niente visto che sono lontana.. Almeno rispondete al telefono. E quanto ci vuole riparare un gancetto mamma mia..pessimi veramente

La responsabile è una persona competente, estremamente cortese e cordiale, ma.una commessa in special modo si è rivolta a me con termini da bar dopo la mia esclamazione "forse il prodotto è difettoso, è la seconda volta che lo sostituisco e a mio parere non vale il suo prezzo" .. si è qualificata quale figlia del titolare in maniera molto arrogante, come se ciò cambiasse qualcosa!! Giuro, ero scioccata! Arrogante e spocchiosa come una commessa non dovrebbe mai essere!
Mi auguro che non capiti di frequente!!!!!!
Spiace perché siamo clienti e ci siamo sempre trovati bene.
Fortunatamente la responsabile ha risolto tutto con molta classe e maniera!
Per il resto, negozio ben curato e accogliente, vasta gamma di articoli tra i quali scegliere!
Spero in un "training" del personale più adeguato.
I am forced to edit my previous review. The manager is a competent person, extremely courteous and friendly, but a saleswoman in particular approached me with bar terms after my exclamation "maybe the product is defective, this is the second time I replace it and in my opinion it is not worth its price ".. she qualified as the daughter of the owner in a very arrogant way, as if that changed something !! I swear, I was shocked! Arrogant and haughty as a saleswoman should never be!
I hope it doesn't happen often !!!!!!
Sorry because we are customers and we have always enjoyed ourselves.
Fortunately the manager solved everything with a lot of class and manner!
For the rest, a well-kept and welcoming shop, a wide range of items to choose from!
I hope for a more adequate "training" of staff.

Mi sono rivolto al negozio dove mi è stato venduto, essendo in garanzia, e mi hanno assicurato che in 10/15 giorni avrebbero risolto il problema: è passato un mese e del mio orologio non se ne sa più nulla. Oggi, alle mie ennesime rimostranze, mi è stato detto che devo inviare una mail al distributore ufficiale perché il Capo Area della D'Amante non sa cosa dirmi!
Domani mattina passerò la pratica al mio studio legale ma di sicuro in quel negozio non acquisterò più nulla!
Assistenza sui prodotti venduti INESISTENTE e nessuna delle ragazze, nonostante la buona volontà, è stata in grado di darmi una risposta soddisfacente: una vergogna.
I bought a Maserati watch for my son and after a few months it started to give problems. I went to the shop where it was sold to me, being under warranty, and they assured me that in 10/15 days they would have solved the problem: a month has passed and nothing is known about my watch. Today, to my umpteenth grievances, I was told that I have to send an email to the official distributor because the D'Amante Area Manager doesn't know what to tell me!
Tomorrow morning I will pass the practice to my law firm but for sure I will not buy anything in that shop!
NO assistance on products sold and none of the girls, despite the good will, was able to give me a satisfactory answer: a shame.
