★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enrico and Leonardo are great guides. They organised a cycling trip for us on e-bikes. In view of the weather conditions on the south side, Enrico gave me call the day before and suggested a different route on the north side. Each of them speaks really good English and both of them are very knowledgeable about the Etna, the various types of lava we came across and are very helpful and friendly. I sincerely recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a free afternoon and called Cycling Sicily. This was a real highlight of my trip to Italy. They were very accommodating. Rode with just myself and a guide (Leo). I felt totally safe the entire time — Leo was easy to follow, great company, and of course had the local cycling knowledge. A great day and the price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the best days ever on the bike doing the Etna Climb. My guide, Leonardo, offered good advice on how to ride the long climb without burning too many matches early on. I highly recommend Cycling Sicily. Excellent service, excellent bikes, excellent guides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great starting point to ride Etna Nord (Piano Provenza and Rifugo Citelli) from sea level.
Road bike and service was fine as well.
The store it self was a bit difficult to find though, it's somewhere behind a hotel.
If you like to make the climb even harder then take the first exit to Piano Provenza when you're close to the top, so you can experience 15% or higher grades for a few kilometers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I did a guided ebike ride with Enrico at Cycling Sicily and it was fantastic! The scenery was stunning and the roads were smaller and almost absent of any cars. We enjoyed talking with Enrico as he led us through quiet, beautiful roads and went out of his way to make sure we had a perfect time. The bikes were in great shape and comfortable with good batteries. Enrico modified the route during the ride to fit the kind of riding we were interested in (longer ride, quiet, small roads). The ride was a highlight of our trip! I can't recommend it enough. Thanks Enrico for such a wonderful day!
