★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two hour hike was a pleasant activity, not too long or hard. The craters were the best part, forrest not so much but there wasn't too much of that. Rental boots were good and useful. Everything worked as advertised. Ivan was a great guide, definately ask for him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had one of the best experiences of our lives. We spent the day on mount Etna with the best guide we could have asked for, Ivano. He was very friendly, explained to us many things not only about the volcano, the nature and the history of mount Etna, but also about the history of Sicily and the culture. He gave us an in depth understanding of the geological characteristics of Etna while providing us with an amazing hiking route (equipment included). If you want to hike on the volcano, I am sure you can’t find a better tour in Sicily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great tour with Ivanno. He is very enthusiastic and knows a lot about Etna. I did not want to go down in the cave because it was very slippery with the ice. Very kindly Ivanno drove us to a lovely village on our way back to compensate for the cave... I highly recommend and will certainly do a tour again if I come in another season

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this tour company. I originally contacted them with regards body rafting but since this is not available at this time the guide (Vera), recommended sea kayaking. This was duly booked - we messaged back and forth several times changing the date & time due to the weather - every correspondence was prompt, friendly & necessary. At the last minute, Vera, helped us find an excellent taxi driver to get to our starting location. We’ve had a most fantastic day - thank you.

The way the tour was planned, executed everything was worth appreciating. Definitely I will recommend this operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Tour! I booked this last minute, and they replied super quick. Our tour was with Raimondo, he was fun and entertaining and could teach us a lot, from the history of Etna and science of volcanoes, to mushrooms in the forest and how to run down lava hills. Lunch was also authentic and delicious, in a little chalet in the forest. I had an incredible day and would highly recommend this!
