U	Udo Herrmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir buchten die täglich angebotene Piazza Amerina Tour. Wir würden pünktlich von unserem Urlaubsquartier in Giardini Naxos abgeholt. Das Fahrzeug war ordentlich und sauber. Unser Fahrer sprach leider nur ein wenig englisch. Alles in allem hatten wir einen Fahrer aber keinen Guide. Wir fuhren bis zur Römischen Villa bei Piazza Amerina und besichtigten diese. Danach wurden wir zu einem kleinen Lokal gefahren und konnten etwas leckeres Essen. Danach hofften wir auf einen Besuch der Stadt, aber ausser einem Fotohalt am Fußballstadion war da nichts. Die Nachfrage, ob wir noch die Stadt besuchen, wurde mit Nein beantwortet. Schade! Stattdessen fuhren wir zurück und hätten unterwegs noch an einem riesigen Shopping Center halten können. Das war aber nicht unsere Intention bei Reisebuchung. Insgesamt fanden wir damit auch das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis nicht okay. We booked the daily offered Piazza Amerina tour. We would be picked up on time from our holiday accommodation in Giardini Naxos. The vehicle was neat and clean. Unfortunately, our driver spoke only a little English. All in all we had a driver but no guide. We drove to the Roman Villa in Piazza Amerina and visited them. Afterwards we were driven to a small restaurant and could have some delicious food. Then we hoped for a visit to the city, but there was nothing except a photo stop at the football stadium. The demand, whether we still visit the city, was answered with no. Pity! Instead, we drove back and could have stopped at a huge shopping center on the way. But that was not our intention when booking travel. Overall, we found the price - performance ratio was not okay.
