Corsi che partono da 0 e che ti fanno capire davvero cosa sia il Crossfit, con due allenatori preparati e sempre attenti su ogni movimento. Tutto questo in una atmosfera sempre allegra. Mai vista una palestra così attenta. Rinunciano all'assembramento a favore della tranquillità e qualità del lavoro. Prezzi bassi quasi inaspettati. Davvero i miei complimenti.... Visto che vengo dalla sala pesi... E con insistenza e indisponenza il proprietario ha continuato a scrivere assurdità in merito... Dal 2012 frequento palestre anche in altre città x il mio lavoro, ho sempre trovato gentilezza ed educazione, seguito dalla massima disponibilità, la convinzione di essere più furbi la fa da padrona.... Praticano uno sport difficile ma lo calibrano sulle capacità e la volontà di ogni singolo iscritto. Complimenti ragazzi che date il buon esempio di come dovrebbe funzionare qualunque palestra. No agli assembramenti attenti alla salute fisica e mentale Very good competent healthy environment and respectful of the covid legislation. A place where you can train and get away from the world in a very familiar healthy place. They practice a difficult sport but they calibrate it on the skills and will of each individual member.
