The only box dedicated to crossfit in that of Frosinone. Wide spaces and a lot of competence from the instructors. I recommend it to everyone: beginners and experts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vuoi buttare sudore per avere risultati è il posto giusto, palestra ben fornita con istruttori molto competenti. La palestra è fornita anche di 2 campi da beach volley ( 1 interno e 1 esterno che di inverno diveta 1 solo al chiuso), non do 5 stelle perche gli spogliatoi ( per uomo ) risulta troppo piccolo e poco spazioso, per il resto veramente ottima struttura.
If you want to sweat for results it is the right place, well-equipped gym with very competent instructors. The gym is also equipped with 2 beach volleyball courts (1 indoor and 1 outdoor which in winter bans 1 indoors only), I don't give 5 stars because the changing rooms (for men) is too small and not very spacious, for the rest really excellent structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi alleno in questo box di crossfit da circa tre anni, l’ambiente è estremamente piacevole, spazi ben organizzati, compagni di allenamento gentilì, coach molto competente, ( così come anche i suoi collaboratori), attento , sempre pronto ad adeguare il workout a seconda delle esigenze e delle problematiche del cliente/ atleta . Il prezzo dell’abbonamento annuale è competitivo e vantaggioso, soprattutto per chi si allena 6 giorni su7.
Offre anche campi da Beach Volley ( aperto e chiuso) e sala spinning. Consigliato!
I have been training in this crossfit box for about three years, the environment is extremely pleasant, well organized spaces, kind training companions, very competent coach, (as well as his collaborators), attentive, always ready to adapt the workout to depending on the needs and problems of the client / athlete. The annual subscription price is competitive and advantageous, especially for those who train 6 days out of 7.
It also offers beach volleyball courts (open and closed) and a spinning room. Recommended!
