Molta offerta di lezioni varie con istruttori all'altezza e in continuo aggiornamento.
 Excellent gym with equipment room, aerobics room and room with exercise bike.
Plenty of varied lessons with instructors up to date and constantly updated.

I know her by name and I know where she is because she is next to the Eurospin in Frosinone I think it is a place to train in company or alone in a comfortable place !!!

Ho telefonato chiedendo informazioni per il mese d'agosto per me e mio fratello in quanto solo per questo mese avevo bisogno di una palestra.
La signorina al telefono ci ha promesso un prezzo speciale dato le seguenti premesse che lei ha tenuto a specificare: per agosto sono chiusi per 10 giorni (dal 13 al 23), in più il sabato e la domenica sono chiusi.
Contando tutti i giorni alla fine risultavano 12 giorni di allenamento.
Inoltre aveva, a detta sua, considerato anche il fatto che mio fratello avesse 12 anni e che utilizzerà solo la zona cardio.
Bene, date queste premesse, il cosiddetto prezzo speciale è di 45€ a testa (alla faccia del prezzo più basso per mio fratello) più 15€ di tessera, per un totale di 120€.
Considerando che non sia una palestra niente di eccezionale, che sia solo una stanza con divise (anche male) le varie zone per allenarsi, questo è assolutamente un prezzo eccessivo, soprattutto per meno della metà di un mese.
Io di solito mi alleno in una palestra dove pago 60€ al mese ma è anche dotata di sauna e piscina.
Conclusioni: rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente pessimo.

I telephoned asking for information for the month of August for me and my brother because only for this month I needed a gym.
The young lady on the phone promised us a special price given the following premises that she was required to specify: for August they are closed for 10 days (from 13 to 23), in addition, on Saturdays and Sundays they are closed.
Counting every day at the end resulted 12 days of training.

Considering that it is not a gym nothing exceptional, that it is only a room with uniforms (even badly) the various areas for training, this is absolutely an excessive price, especially for less than half a month.
I usually train in a gym where I pay € 60 a month but it also has a sauna and swimming pool.
Conclusions: absolutely bad quality / price ratio.

Vengono offerti diversi corsi ed un programma formulato a posta per te.
Inoltre l'ambiente è amichevole e accogliente.
