★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo. Ci sono varie attività possibili. Oltre la piscina e la palestra con tutte le macchine per gli esercizi fisici, ci sono anche attività per mamme in dolce attesa. Attività WBS (WELLBACK SYSYEM) posturale e ginnastica correttiva utilizzando la panca. Ottima poi la parte delle arti marziali con un Maestro davvero eccezionale coadiuvato dal suo staff altrettanto eccezionale. Chiedere info direttamente al centro sportivo per maggiori informazioni.
Great. There are various possible activities. Besides the pool and the gym with all the machines for physical exercises, there are also activities for expectant mothers. WBS activity (WELLBACK SYSYEM) postural and corrective gymnastics using the bench. Excellent then the martial arts part with a truly exceptional Maestro assisted by his equally exceptional staff. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima del Covid era un impianto decisamente vecchio, ma che anche grazie alla buona volontà e disponibilità del personale, si frequentava volentieri.
Purtroppo dal primo lockdown di ormai due anni fa, la piscina è ancora chiusa e non ci è stato dato modo di recuperare i mesi pagati e non usufruiti.
Before Covid it was a decidedly old plant, but which also thanks to the good will and helpfulness of the staff, we were happy to frequent.
Unfortunately, since the first lockdown two years ago, the pool is still closed and we have not been able to recover the months paid and not used.
