★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo box aperto sin dal mattino...equipaggiato con materiale xenios...spazioso e luminoso...ma quello che lo rende speciale sono le persone che lo gestiscono...Valentina Claudio e Yuri...per loro il crossfit è passione...e sappiamo bene quanto ultimamente per alcuni box il crossfit stia diventando solo un business...da crossfit minus se ne hai bisogno farai di meno ma lo farai meglio ma offre anche un programma e un orario ad hoc per atleti di livello avanzato o competitor...io ho problemi al ginocchio e mi hanno sempre supportato con un wod scaled e con consigli...super consigliato.
Beautiful box open since morning ... equipped with xenios material ... spacious and bright ... but what makes it special are the people who run it ... Valentina Claudio and Yuri ... for them crossfit is passion ... and we know very well how lately for some boxes the crossfit is becoming just a business ... from crossfit minus if you need it you will do less but you will do it better but also offers an ad hoc program and schedule for advanced athletes or competitor ... I have knee problems and have always supported me with a scaled wod and with advice ... super recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys mean business! Their workouts always include a weightlifting portion that allows you to work on your skills and some brutal wods at the end that leave you dead but wanting for more. Coaches are friendly and push you harder past your limits.
If you are in Rome for a short stay, definitely check them out and if you are here for work, also check out their neighbors @ Ala/34 which is an amazing co-working space.
