Palestra sotto casa a cui attribuisco una delle 2 stelline concesse; l'altra è per gli insegnanti(angie zumba, mary aerobica e posturale, pilates e yoga) a mio parere, molto preparati e disponibili. Non la consiglio per diversi motivi tra cui la poca serietà e professionalità: mi vendono un pacchetto appena uscito sulla pagina fb dichiarando di farmi un favore perchè scaduto.... il pacchetto prevede tutto 1 elenco di corsi che nel corso dei 3 mesi hanno cambiato orari o sono stati chiusi. A natale i corsi sono stati sospesi 2 settimane e la sala non prevede un istruttore fisso. cosa più assurda di tutte: all'uscita dei corsi serali si trovano: tornello tolto, segreteria scoperta con lo spogliatoio femminile a fianco all'entrata! Lavoro in un centro sportivo accademico e quanto detto sarebbe giudicato "inconcepibile" Peccato! Basterebbe una migliore gestione degli ampissimi spazi. I'm sorry that it has disappointed my expectations a lot! Gym below the house to which I attribute one of the 2 stars granted; the other is for teachers (angie zumba, mary aerobics and postural, pilates and yoga) in my opinion, very prepared and available. I do not recommend for several reasons including the lack of seriousness and professionalism: they sell me a package just came out on the fb page declaring to do me a favor because expired .... the package provides all 1 list of courses that over the 3 months have changed hours or have been closed. At Christmas the courses were suspended 2 weeks and the room does not provide a fixed instructor. most absurd of all: at the exit of the evening classes are: turnstile removed, secretariat discovered with the female dressing room next to the entrance! Work in an academic sports center and what was said would be judged "inconceivable" Sin! A better management of the very large spaces would be enough.

Questa palestra offre molti corsi che sono utili per tutte le esigenze delle diverse persone. It is very cozy and very well stocked. If you need a hand with an exercise no problem, just ask the people in the weight room. This gym offers many courses that are useful for all the needs of different people.

Tutti così gentili con personale preparato e qualificato per l ogni corso,dal fitness al funzionale, dalla boxe alle arti marziali e poi ci sono i balli caraibici, di gruppo , danza moderna contemporanea,posturale, pilates, Zumba, yoga e finalmente il corso di burlesque. Poi c'è la sala pesi super attrezzata e gli istruttori sempre pronti a darti una mano. Bravi continuate così!!! Because it's unique !! Everyone is so kind with trained and qualified staff for every course, from fitness to functional, from boxing to martial arts and then there are Caribbean, group, contemporary modern dance, postural, pilates, Zumba, yoga and finally the course burlesque. Then there is the super-equipped weight room and the instructors always ready to give you a hand. Well done keep it up !!!

Sale davvero belle e pulite con materiali e attrezzi nuovi. Spogliatoi sempre puliti. Prezzi ottimi per tutti i servizi offerti e spesso propongono offerte su Facebook per i nuovi iscritti. I have been attending this gym for about a month and I am fine. It offers many courses at different times with really kind and prepared staff. Really nice and clean rooms with new materials and tools. Changing rooms always clean. Excellent prices for all services offered and often offer offers on Facebook for new members.

Personal trainer molto preparati e sempre disponibili. Sala pesi davvero molto bella e attrezzi nuovi in perfetto stato. Spogliatoi grandi con doccia moderna e molto pulita. Il prezzo mensile per la sala pesi é economico per la qualità che offre. Very large and spacious gym that offers, in addition to the weight room, multiple activities: from dance courses to martial arts courses, kick boxes and personal defense. Personal trainers very prepared and always available. Very nice weight room and new equipment in perfect condition. Large changing rooms with modern and very clean shower. The monthly price for the weight room is cheap for the quality it offers.

I prezzi sono in linea con le altre palestre, personalmente mi trovo molto bene anche con gli orari. Very comfortable gym, easy enough to find parking and always frequented by nice and friendly people. The prices are in line with other gyms, personally I am also very happy with the schedules.
