Ho telefonato per essere sicuro di essere ricevuto. Sono andato dopo 45 minuti come indicato e sul posto mi hanno detto di attendere l'arrivo della persona per gli interventi di emergenza. UN'ORA E MEZZO passata da solo, in piedi, sotto il sole e davanti ai secchi della spazzatura in attesa di un meccanico che non si è presentato e non si è curato di dire che non sarebbe venuto. Abito perfino a 100 metri, ma non ho potuto fare ritorno a casa visto che mi fidavo del loro scherzoso "dovrebbe arrivare a momenti SE NON SI È ADDORMENTATO" e che non mi è stato comunicato nessun cambiamento di programma.
Very bad.
I called to make sure I was received. I went after 45 minutes as directed and told me to wait for the emergency person to arrive. AN HOUR AND A HALF spent alone, standing, under the sun and in front of the trash cans waiting for a mechanic who didn't show up and didn't care to say he wouldn't come. I even live 100 meters away, but I was unable to return home as I trusted their joking "should come in moments IF YOU DID NOT FALL" and that I was not notified of any change of plans.
