★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra pulita, molto ampia e coach professionali. Comodo per chi viene da Perugia e dintorni. A pochi minuti dal centro storico di Perugia, vicinissimo all uscita della superstrada. Il parcheggio è comodo. Gli allenamenti sono sempre diversi, seguendo un programma specifico e mirato al miglioramento costate sei propri atleti. Adatto per ogni fascia d età e esigenze. Consigliatissimo.
Clean, very large gym and professional coaches. Convenient for those coming from Perugia and its surroundings. A few minutes from the historic center of Perugia, very close to the highway exit. Parking is convenient. The workouts are always different, following a specific program aimed at improving you cost six of your athletes. Suitable for all age groups and needs. Highly recommended.

Sia Giulio che Eleonora sono coach preparatissimi, molto attenti e la programmazione è ben studiata e molto varia. Indipendentemente dall'età e dalla preparazione atletica, sin dal primo giorno, ti senti parte di una meravigliosa community. In ogni classe, il gruppo è molto affiatato, ti sprona a superare ogni difficoltà e ti motiva al miglioramento.
Fabulous, welcoming environment, with ample space to train, excellent and well-maintained equipment, everything always super clean. Both Giulio and Eleonora are highly trained coaches, very attentive and the programming is well studied and very varied. Regardless of age and athletic training, from day one, you feel part of a wonderful community. In each class, the group is very close-knit, encourages you to overcome any difficulty and motivates you to improve.

C’è proprio un bell’ambiente?
I coach sono bravi, preparati e simpatici.
Il Box, cioè la palestra, ha la sala per allenamento molto grande e anche gli spogliarti sono accoglienti. Il parcheggio è ampio.
Consiglio a tutti di venire a provare a CF7BRIDGE!!!
Since I arrived here from Eleonora and Giulio, I have felt right at home. You work hard, but you also have a lot of fun.

The coaches are good, prepared and nice.
The Box, that is the gym, has a very large training room and even the undressing is welcoming. Parking is large.
