★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati diverse volte per risolvere una perdita ad una caldaia, tutte le volte hanno addotto spiegazioni differenti è cambiato dei pezzi prendendo denaro ma non risolvendo la problematica, dopo l ultimo intervento la situazione è addirittura peggiorata. Chiamati più volte in ufficio dove la segretaria promette di richiamare in breve tempo ma la cosa non avviene praticamente mai se non sollecitati telefonicamente, inoltre cambiano più volte L appuntamento dato spostandolo poco prima, non considerando che il cliente possa aver preso dei permessi dal lavoro rendendoli così inutili.
A mio parere da rivalutare L attenzione che viene data al cliente.
