Al momento del ritiro mi sono accorto che l'alzacristalli elettrico anteriore non funzionava più (quando ho portato il veicolo in officina era perfettamente funzionante). Dopo aver riscontrato il problema, mi è stato proprosto di ordinare il pezzo di ricambio e di effettuare la riparazione, chiaramente a mie spese, definedo il fatto che si sia rotto mentre era in officina, casualità e sfortuna. Mi aspettavo un trattamento diverso. I took my vehicle for a fairly major front suspension job. Upon collection, I realized that the front electric window was no longer working (when I took the vehicle to the workshop it was in perfect working order). After encountering the problem, I was asked to order the spare part and carry out the repair, clearly at my expense, defined the fact that it broke while it was in the workshop, chance and bad luck. I was expecting a different treatment.
