Personale cordiale ed esperto nella commercializzazione. Peccato che l'esposizione non gode di molto spazio. Multi-brand car dealership with 0 Km car sales and rental service. Exhibition of practically "new" cars with very few km. Friendly and experienced marketing staff. Too bad that the exhibition does not have a lot of space.
G	Giovanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio raccontare la mia BRUTTA ESPERIENZA presso la CRIMARCAR. Ho acquistato un auto anno 2017 a loro dire garantita 3 anni dalla casa madre. Ritirato il veicolo ,riscontro una consistente infiltrazione di acqua nell’auto. Recatomi presso la concessionaria di CASERTA non mi viene riconosciuta la garanzia ( 3 anni) poiché l’auto non è stata mai tagliandata. Mi reco, dietro accordo con il venditore, presso un carrozziere privato. Scopro che il veicolo è incidentato nella parte posteriore. Così allegando le foto del riscontro, contatto telefonicamente il venditore, per avere almeno riconosciuto il rimborso delle spese sostenute per l’eliminazione del danno. SORPRESA !!!!!!! MI VIENE IN SOTANZA DETTO CHE NON POTEVA FARCI NIENTE. A CHI LEGGE LASCIO LE CONCLUSIONI. I want to tell you about my bad experience at CRIMARCAR. I bought a car year 2017 they said guaranteed 3 years by the parent company. Withdrawn the vehicle, I found a consistent infiltration of water in the car. If you go to the CASERTA dealership I am not given a warranty (3 years) as the car has never been serviced. I go, upon agreement with the seller, to a private coachbuilder. I discover that the vehicle is damaged in the rear. Thus attaching the photos of the reply, contact the seller by telephone, to have at least acknowledged the reimbursement of the expenses incurred for the elimination of the damage. SURPRISE !!!!!!! IT COMES IN SUBSTANCE SAID THAT IT COULD NOT MAKE US NOTHING. TO THOSE WHO READ I LEAVE THE CONCLUSIONS.
