★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sanno fare il proprio lavoro e per un cosa banale ci mettono un mese si il computer e buono lo so e su questo vi do raggio e ma non mi venite a dire che l dmi vicino alla scheda madre non si cambiare e che non prendete le responsabilità perché una volta ve lo portata e una settimana e si è rotta poi una seconda volta un mese poi mi dite che è pronta invece non è vero io cosa dovrei scriverci

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una console ps4 1tb con tre giochi all’interno (di cui solo uno di quelli mi importava ) però all’arrivo della console ho notato che mancava proprio quel gioco e c’è n’era un’altro. Semi soddisfatto perché uno sceglie la versione che piace e preferibilmente ricevere quella, ora mi tocca vendere i tre giochi perché non era previsto e a questo punto potevo spendere meno prendendola senza giochi la console.
I purchased a 1tb ps4 console with three games inside (of which only one of those I cared) but when the console arrived I noticed that that game was missing and there was another. Semi satisfied because one chooses the version they like and preferably receive that, now I have to sell the three games because it was not expected and at this point I could spend less by taking it without games on the console.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto poco professionali. Ho portato il mio telefono a riparare e ho risolto dopo un mese contro i 3-4 giorni promessi. Non sono stata neanche contattata per essere avvisata (come mi dissero che avrebbero fatto) che i pezzi di ricambio erano arrivati...l'ho saputo per caso quando mi sono recata in negozio per reclamare. Mi hanno sostituito il vetro della fotocamera montandolo in modo pessimo...ora le foto sono opache e si vede un bordo scuro.
Very unprofessional. I took my phone to repair and I solved after a month against the promised 3-4 days. I was not even contacted to be notified (as they told me they would) that the spare parts had arrived ... I knew it by accident when I went to the store to complain. They replaced the camera glass by mounting it in a very bad way ... now the photos are opaque and you can see a dark border.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho avuto una esperienza positiva. Molto cortesi ma la competenza del reparto assistenza non è adeguata. Porto in assistenza un Huawei P9 lite con problemi di batteria (carica che non regge e telefono che si spegne da solo come risaputo da tutti i post in rete...) per cui chiedo la sostituzione della batteria. Questo di mercoledì e la batteria dicono è disponibile per cui al giorno dopo dovrebbe essere risolto tutto con 25 euro di preventivo. Avevo avvisato di essere a pochi giorni dal rientro estivo ma i tempi e la spesa mi sono sembrati corretti per cui accetto di far fare la sistemazione. Peccato che dopo 3 giorni al venerdì sera la batteria non è stata sostituta, il telefono dicono è stato monitorato ma non hanno riscontrato anomalie per cui hanno pulito solo i connettori per una spesa di 20 euro.... il telefono ha gli stessi problemi di prima ben noti di batteria e spegnimento. Non direi un servizio tecnico di livello per cui assolutamente da evitare.
Modifico con piacere la mia valutazione sul servizio offerto dalla società. Dopo avere contattato via chat il l'assistenza tecnica ho ricevuto come promesso un servizio di sostituzione della batteria del mio P9 lite pagando solo la differenza tra quanto concordato inizialmente per la sostituzione batteria e quanto pagato per il primo intervento non risolutorio di controllo e pulizia contatti. A parte l'indiscussa cortesia del personale in negozio devo riconoscere la correttezza e serietà del servizio tecnico.5 stelle meritate!
I haven't had a positive experience. Very courteous but the competence of the assistance department is not adequate. I bring in assistance a Huawei P9 lite with battery problems (charge that does not hold and phone that turns itself off as known by all the posts on the network ...) so I ask for the replacement of the battery. This on Wednesday and the battery say it is available so the next day everything should be solved with a 25 euro quote. I had advised to be a few days before the summer return but the times and the shopping seemed correct so I agree to have the accommodation done. Too bad that after 3 days on Friday evening the battery was not replaced, the phone they say was monitored but they did not find any anomalies so they only cleaned the connectors for an expense of 20 euros .... the phone has the same problems as before well-known battery and shutdown. I wouldn't say a level technical service so absolutely to be avoided.
I am happy to modify my assessment of the service offered by the company. After contacting the technical assistance via chat, I received as a promise a replacement service for the battery of my P9 lite, paying only the difference between what was initially agreed for the battery replacement and what was paid for the first non-resolving intervention of checking and cleaning contacts . Apart from the undisputed courtesy of the staff in the shop, I must recognize the correctness and seriousness of the technical service. 5 stars you deserve!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di spedizione lunghi c'è da dirlo, ho ordinato un galaxy A30s e delle cuffiette. Per ora mi ci trovo benissimo, veloce, versatile, abbastanza fluido, e ringrazio lo staff che non dimentica i clienti.., per cui consiglio questo market sono dei tipi seri.
