★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il joystick 2 volte ad aggiustarlo perché il tasto "options" non funzionava, la prima volta lo porto e dicono che l'hanno aggiustato, torno a casa, provo e niente non funzionava, lo riporto di nuovo dicendo che il tasto"options" non funziona di nuovo e che bisognava controllare tutti i tasti, lo provo oggi e il tasto "options" all'inizio era duro, poi dopo una mezz'oretta non ha funzionato più, è assurdo! Si sono presi 10 € la prima volta e 10€ la seconda volta, per un totale di 20€.
Adesso lo porto in un altro teknotrend, o lo provo ad aggiustare da solo comprando un cacciavite adatto, o nella peggiore delle ipotesi comprarne uno nuovo, tanto se lo porto ad aggiustare arriviamo a più di 70 €, perché non lo aggiustano mai realmente, quindi a quel punto conviene prenderlo nuovo.
Ma se il negozio è fatto apposta per aggiustare oggetti di tecnologia, perché non lo fate? Una stella è anche troppo!
I took the joystick 2 times to fix it because the "options" key didn't work, the first time I bring it and they say they fixed it, I come home, I try and nothing didn't work, I bring it back saying "options" key "it doesn't work again and that you had to check all the keys, I try it today and the" options "key was hard at first, then after half an hour it didn't work anymore, it's absurd! Now I take it to another teknotrend, or I try to fix it myself by buying a suitable screwdriver, or in the worst case scenario buy a new one, so if I take it to fix we get to more than 70 €, because they never really fix it, so at that point it is better to take it new.
But if the shop is designed to fix tech items, why don't you? One star is too much!
