Oggi ho un problema con il cambio della bici da corsa, non acquistata dal signor. Cremonini, telefono per aver assistenza., risponde la signora Cremonini che mi dice che l'assistenza la fanno solo per i prodotti acquistati in loco. Pensavo di essere considerato un cliente fedele e non dovermi andar a cercare un nuovo negozio di bici, comunque va bene così. I bought the first bike from Cremona 40 years ago, then two more new ones and two used ones, as well as having frequented the "workshop for various maintenance". Today I have a problem with the change of the racing bike, not bought by Mr. Cremonini, telephone for assistance., Mrs. Cremonini replies who tells me that they provide assistance only for products purchased locally. I thought I was considered a loyal customer and didn't have to go looking for a new bike shop, however that's okay.

Grande disponibilità da parte di Chiara per l’acquisto e di Davide per la configurazione della bici, sia di persona che telefonicamente. Non mi costa nulla fare 40 km di macchina sapendo di poter fare affidamento su di loro. È bello vedere che c’è ancora qualcuno che ci mette passione in quello che fa. F	Fabio Vallotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per chiedere di una bici cercata da tanto, ma anche non conoscendoli data la distanza mi sono subito accorto dell'ottimo rapporto direi anche amichevole oltre che professionale che si e' instaurato sia con Chiara che con il meccanico (ahime' non ricordo i nome). Si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili a venirmi incontro e per concludere in maniera ottimale la compravendita in questo complicato momento, non ultimo trovando la soluzione ad un piccolo problema incorso causa terzi. Peccato non aver potuto recarmi in negozio , lo faro' appena possibile per salutarli. Assistenza al cliente puntualissima, attenta e cortese (rispondono subito alle mail anche fuori orario lavorativo), si ha sempre la sensazione che facciano tutto il possibile per venirti incontro. Un grazie a Cesare, Chiara, Marco e Davide con cui ho avuto modo di interfacciarmi! I have been a Cremonini customer for a year and they absolutely deserve a positive review. Well stocked shop with great products. Punctual, attentive and courteous customer assistance (they respond immediately to emails even outside working hours), you always have the feeling that they do everything possible to meet you. Thanks to Cesare, Chiara, Marco and Davide with whom I was able to interface!
g	giulio rezza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una bicicletta per mia figlia scelta in 5 minuti ho trovato poca cortesia e ho chiesto la consegna a casa che è sembrato un problema insormontabile. nn faccio mai recensioni negative ma vi assicuro che mai comprero un altra bicicletta presso questo negozio I bought a bike for my chosen daughter in 5 minutes I found little courtesy and asked for home delivery which seemed an insurmountable problem. I never write negative reviews but I assure you that I never buy another bike at this shop
