Ho trovato una mancanza di professionalità fuori misura, serietà e cordialità pari allo zero assoluto. Cio che ti dicono oggi non è uguale a ciò che dicono domani,vergognoso ! Mi stavo affacciando a questo percorso sportivo ma fosse dipeso da bike innovation avrei già mollato l'idea. Fortunatamente Imola offre molto di più per competenza e quant'altro ho precedentemente elencato. Per fortuna ✌ Grazie lo stesso per tutto ciò che non SIETE. In merito alla risposta data dai responsabili del negozio,vorrei precisare che nonostante la dinamica del finanziamento sia stata effettivamente confusa,ciò non giustifica la mancanza di disponibilità e professionalità nell'andare incontro al cliente fino a sembrare in più di un occasione, scocciati. Da aprile fino ad Ottobre nonostante la proposta di un pagamento in contanti,e con biciclette disponibili che puntualmente apparivano in negozio, non sono riusciti a trovare una bici per il sottoscritto. Ritenendomi una persona per bene non ho accettato nei miei confronti un atteggiamento di questo tipo perché immeritato. Vorrei soltanto aggiungere che andando a Rimini da perfetto sconosciuto, in due giorni ho avuto finanziamento e bici. Per cui fatevene una ragione, ma sappiate,che perdere anche un cliente non è mai una cosa piacevole anche se ne hanno a centinaia. Devo essere io a chiamare e scrivere RIPETUTAMENTE per avere aggiornamenti. Dopo tutta questa attesa vado a prenderle e pago 40% in più del preventivato perché il lavoro è stato più complesso del previsto. Provo a spiegare che hanno avuto MOLTO tempo per avvisarmi di questo aumento, ma il signore dietro al balcone era solo preoccupato di dirmi che non hanno COLPA! Non ho ancora scoperto di chi è la colpa. Dopo vari tentativi di spiegazione , questo signore dal comportamento Impreparato non mi ha neanche chiesto scusa! SERVIZIO RIDICOLOSAMENTE scortese! Ho trovato competenza nel personale e tanta professionalità, I proprietari e i meccanici sono gentili e attenti ad interpretare le richieste dei clienti ed a fornire loro ottime soluzioni. Presenti anche tantissimi accessori per le vostre bici e reparto vestiario molto rifornito, con tanti marchi diversi. Molto buono anche il servizio post vendita. Ho molto gradito i consigli ricevuti per migliorare la mia bici, si vede che ci tengono particolarmente ai propri clienti. Bike innovation Imola, una garanzia. Ci ritorneremo!
