★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho prenotato la moto e accessori a novembre 2019 , dopo la consegna della moto x alcuni accessori è stato un calvario, ho dovuto sempre chiamare per sapere se erano arrivati altrimenti da parte loro non avevo nessuna notizia. i primi di luglio, visto e considerato che non c'era speranza di avere notizie positive su accessori mancanti , sono andato in Bull bike concessionaria ktm a Modena e mi hanno dato tutto ciò che di cui avevo bisogno...
ho portato tanta pazienza in Ktm Cesari solo per la gentilezza e cortesia di Manuela.
il cliente andrebbe trattato un po meglio visto e considerato che spende un bel po di soldi e siccome con me non è stato fatto.....Addioss? ?♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un consiglio, andate da un'altra parte, onestamente il venditore fa di tutto per evitare di accontentarvi, non provate a chiedere di prendervi il vostro usato, ve lo svaluta ai massimi livelli, anche se ci sono promozioni e incentivi dalla casa, se provate a ribattere vi dirà di vendere la vostra moto per i fatti vostri, onestamente tutti dobbiamo guadagnare, ma così è troppo, poca considerazione del cliente, poco professionali, anche quando c'è da provare un mezzo, telefoni, ti mette d'accordo, ti dicono che non ci sono problemi, arrivi e la moto non c'è, a me è capitato due volte, fare 30 chilometri per niente non è simpatico.
A tip, go somewhere else, honestly the seller does everything to avoid being satisfied, do not try to ask to take your used one, it devalues it at the highest levels, even if there are promotions and incentives from the house, if you try to reply he will tell you to sell your motorbike for your own business, honestly we all have to earn, but that's too much, little customer consideration, unprofessional, even when there is a vehicle to try, telephones, you agree, they tell you there are no problems, you arrive and the bike is not there, it happened to me twice, doing 30 kilometers for nothing is not nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di fruire dell’officina per in perdita di liquido di raffreddamento mentre ero in ferie (SADV 1290 2021) Mi hanno riparato la moto fuori appuntamento in tempi brevissimi anche se oberati di lavoro. Gentili efficienti disponibili e professionali . Grazie! ai meccanici a Davide ed a tutto il personale della concessionaria . Area vendita ricca di accessori KTM dove tra le altre cose ho acquistato un pigiamino per mia nipote di 9 mesi (chissà forse in futuro…) . ?

Friendly efficient available and professional. Thanks! to the mechanics, to Davide and to all the staff of the dealership. Sales area full of KTM accessories where among other things I bought a pajama for my 9 month old niece (who knows maybe in the future…). ?
