G	Giovanni De Giorgio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti alla filiale di Imola per affittare il nostro appartamento in centro storico, l'inquilino da loro scelto ha smesso di pagare l'affito già dal secondo mese, ci hanno assicurato che l'inquilino aveva una busta paga da loro verificata tale da poter coprire il costo dell'affitto ma abbiamo scoperto che al momento della sottoscrizione del contratto l'inquilino non era nemmeno assunto regolarmente, a distanza di 4 mesi dal momento della stipula del contratto siamo stati costretti a rivolgerci ad un avvocato e siamo riusciti a liberare l'immobile solo dopo quasi 1 anno, l'agenzia si è lavata le mani di qualsiasi responsabilità, ha dichiarato il falso nel momento in cui ha stipulato il contratto e non ha verificato nemmeno superficialmente le referenze dell'inquilino da loro scelto (che abbiamo scoperto avere a suo carico numerosi sfratti per inadempienza contrattuale). Alla luce della nostra esperienza sconsigliamo fortemente di rivolgersi a questa agenzia e suggeriamo di rivolgersi a qualcuno di più professionale. We turned to the Imola branch to rent our apartment in the historic center, the tenant they chose has stopped paying the rent already from the second month, they have assured us that the tenant had a paycheck they had verified as such to cover the cost of the rent but we found that at the time of signing the contract the tenant was not even hired regularly, after 4 months from the time of signing the contract we were forced to turn to a lawyer and we were able to free the property only after almost 1 year, the agency has washed the hands of any responsibility, declared the fake when he signed the contract and did not verify even superficially the references of the tenant they chose (which we have found out to have several evictions for breach of contract against him). In the light of our experience we strongly advise against contacting this agency and we suggest contacting someone more professional.
