Ma pochi minuti fa mi hanno contattato direttamente... Bravi! Telefonano un milione di volte e insistono troppo , vogliono risposte immediate senza darti il tempo di riflettere, non è un rapporto consono ad un servizio di questo tipo. Teniamo a segnalare negativamente l'approccio commerciale di questa società. Con la massima maleducazione chiamano e praticamente ti impongono di seguirli in una navigazione di prova all'interno della loro piattaforma, che sembra offrire, ad onor del vero, un ottimo servizio, a questo punto ti presentano una proposta commerciale prendere o lasciare " al volo" se solo dimostri un attimo di indecisione ti mettono all'angolo con tutta una serie di considerazioni che vanno dalla tua incapacità di gestire il rapporto con i clienti e le informazioni commerciali fino a valangate di m. su qualsiasi nominativo della loro concorrenza. Se con grande difficoltà riesci a staccarti dal telefono senza concludere il discorso, inizia una vera e propria opera di stalkeraggio con telefonate di sollecito da parte di soggetti diversi che non si fermano davanti a nulla e continuano a parlare anche se gli si dice che si è impegnati e non si può stare al telefono. L'accesso alle informazioni commerciali sulla clientela è putroppo oggi un obbligo per le imprese ma si tratta di un servizio che seppur gestito da grandi compagnie impersonali dovrebbe comunque basarsi su un rapporto fiduciario. Come si fa a fidarsi di gente che fin dal principio tratta il cliente in questo modo ? Ti chiedono i dati personali, ti fanno velocemente navigare con una password e utenza temporanea e - con una scusa - ti fanno fare logout dal servizio, promettendo che la password sarebbe inviata via email. Invece via email arriva un report molto più stringato di quello che (apparentemente) il servizio offre, ma ti tolgono l'accesso temporaneo alla piattaforma e con un sotterfugio. Di sicuro non aderirò a nessun servizio offerto da chi si comporta scorrettamente già dal primo momento. La perla è che ti contattano da un cellulare e quando provi a richiamarli per reclamare quanto "promesso", prima non rispondono e poi - riconosciuto il numero - lo bloccano! Bad!
