★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto sono cliente della banca... oggi verso le 15.00 mi sono recata in questa filiale per un versamento di denaro contante, non c'era nessuno e mancava un'ora alla chiusura e lo zelante sportellista mi ha mandato a casa senza chiedermi nè importo da versare nè se ero cliente con la scusa che "la filiale non fa cassa al pomeriggio"
...Ragazzi vergognatevi e svegliatevi..nel 2020 nel post covid un pó di elasticità gestionale è concessa. Forse è meglio se mi rivolgo a N26!

I state I am a customer of the bank ... today around 15.00 I went to this branch for a payment of cash, there was no one and there was an hour to close and the zealous help desk sent me home without asking me for an amount to be paid neither if I was a customer with the excuse that "the branch does not make cash in the afternoon"
... Guys, be ashamed and wake up..in 2020 in the post covid a little management flexibility is granted. Maybe it's better if I turn to N26!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono il 19 ottobre per la richiesta di un appuntamento per valutare la fattibilità di un mutuo; prima disponibilità il 27 ottobre. Dopo 30 minuti di attesa mi consegnano un foglio scarabocchiato con un biglietto da visita. Invio lo stesso giorno i documenti richiesti, oggi al 13 novembre nessun contatto. Consiglio a chi voglia richiedere un mutuo a questa filiale di cercare una casa in costruzione ( scavo/fondazioni) per avere qualche speranza di avere il mutuo al momento del rogito.
Telephone on 19 October to request an appointment to evaluate the feasibility of a mortgage; first availability on 27 October. After 30 minutes of waiting, they give me a scribbled paper with a business card. I send the requested documents the same day, today on November 13th no contact. I advise those who want to apply for a mortgage to this branch to look for a house under construction (excavation / foundations) to have some hope of having the mortgage at the time of the deed.
