★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per un preventivo e un sopralluogo. È stato risposto in maniera sgarbata con l’aggiunta che “sarebbe una perdita di tempo”. Pessimi.
 I phoned for a quote and an inspection. He was answered rudely with the addition that "it would be a waste of time". Bad.

Alla prima telefonata mi danno il numero di un loro collaboratore esterno. Contattato collaboratore esterno, il quale si fa mandare qualche foto e sparisce. Contattato più volte, niente.
Richiamato nuovamente 4M per segnalare la mia difficoltà, provano a liquidarmi dicendomi che loro NON FANNO ASSISTENZA, insisto, i serramenti hanno 6 anni e devo risolvere un problema di guarnizione, dovrebbe essere una banalità. Per liquidarmi si fanno mandare delle foto e....mi faranno sapere....
Dò una stella per poter scrivere la mia recensione/esperienza.
Post-sales problem reported, company completely absent.
On the first phone call they give me the number of one of their external collaborators. Contacted external collaborator, who gets some photos sent and disappears. Contacted several times, nothing.
4M recalled again to report my difficulty, they try to liquidate me by telling me that they DO NOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE, I insist, the windows are 6 years old and I have to solve a seal problem, it should be trivial. To liquidate me, they send photos and .... they'll let me know ....
I give a star to be able to write my review / experience.
