Sarebbe utile rispondere al telefono ( ho provato per tre ore innumerevoli tentativi su due linee telefoniche niente da fare ) non si puo ignorare così il telefono per ore e ore ...andrò di persona ...
The bank is not bad, but in the post covid period 07/16/2020 where c should be contacted via tel. It would be useful to answer the phone (I have tried countless attempts on two telephone lines for three hours, nothing to do) so you cannot ignore the phone for hours and hours ... I will go in person ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se vai di persona per la consulenza devi avere l'appuntamento, se vuoi l'appuntamento devi chiamare, se chiami non rispondono mai, ma lo stipendio a fine mese ve lo danno? vergogna
if you go in person for the consultation you have to have an appointment, if you want an appointment you have to call, if you call they never answer, but they give you the salary at the end of the month? shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivamente sconsigliata - mi si e smagnetizzato il bancomat, ho due conti in questa filiale uno personale ed uno aziendale e.... visto che il mio gestore era in vacanza dovevo aspettare che tornasse e poi prendere appuntamento con lui ... non ho parole.
ho dovuto chiamare il servizio on line per farmi dare una carta nuova perchè il personale della filiale non era disponibile a risolvere il mio problema e ciliegina sulla torta devo prendere appuntamento per restituire il bancomat smagnetizzato... sperando che non vada in vacanza nessuno.... faccio i complimenti all'ufficio personale per l'impegno nella selezione e nella formazione del personale
Strongly not recommended - my ATM has demagnetized, I have two accounts in this branch, one personal and one corporate and ... since my manager was on vacation I had to wait for him to come back and then make an appointment with him ... I have no words .
I had to call the online service to get a new card because the branch staff was not available to solve my problem and to top it off I have to make an appointment to return the demagnetized ATM ... hoping that no one goes on vacation .. .. I congratulate the personnel department for the commitment in the selection and training of personnel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non riesco neppure a prenotare un appuntamento al telefono. Servizio inesistente. Non riesco a fare un telepass e la carta che mi hanno dato non ha neppure il fast pay. Al telefono, per prenotare un appuntamento per fare questale cose non rispondono mai. E mai sta per proprio mai. Cambierò banca appena possibile. Sconsigliata vivamente.
I can't even book an appointment on the phone. Non-existent service. I can't get a telepass and the card they gave me doesn't even have fast pay. On the phone, to book an appointment to do these things, they never answer. It never stands for really never. I will change banks as soon as possible. Strongly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bancomat che sembra appartenere alle peggiori periferie di città. Sporco all'inverosimile. Si trova invece in una zona frequentatissima: l'ingresso dell'ospedale di Borgo Trento ! Non ho avuto il coraggio di fare il prelievo. (Dalle foto si evince poco)
An ATM that seems to belong to the worst suburbs of the city. Dirty beyond belief. Instead, it is located in a very busy area: the entrance to the Borgo Trento hospital! I didn't have the courage to take the sample. (The photos show little)
